Hatha Gentle Yoga with Michele Heuff

In this Hatha Gentle Yoga class we slow it down, turn inward and reconnect to our body, mind and breath. Gradually building our practice with ease and mindfulness with attention to alignment, we take time to transition and hold seated and standing poses that encourage flexibility, help build strength and nurture mobility in the joints. You will feel all the benefits of yoga in a supportive and peaceful space. We close and integrate our practice with a beautiful Savasana.
Here’s a bit about Michele Heuff
Michele began practicing yoga more than 25 years ago to complement her fitness routine and to help increase the flexibility in her spine. Her spine responded beautifully to yoga as did her entire being. Her yoga practice became her loyal companion through the peaks and valleys of life, her sanctuary, her true north, where she found her strength, balance, healing and peace. Five years ago she decided the time was right to take her 200 hundred hour teacher training in Hatha Yoga. She is honoured to share this beautiful practice with others.
