Only recently has she begun to offer her art for sale. \nHer work is reminiscent of the folk art traditions of Grandma Moses and Maud Lewis. \nHer vibrant\, colourful scenes of simpler times\, the everyday life of our pioneer ancestors\, represent a variety of human and animal activities. Her love of farm life and animals\, especially chickens and sheep\, are evident as she captures the beauty of rural life. \nLinda’s canvases are often recycled materials such old cupboard doors \, tabletops and remmants of wood. \nLinda’s art has been featured in numerous exhibitions and is popular with collectors. \nVISITING HOURS  \n\nOctober 24  – Mystic Market: 10 am to 4 pm\nOctober 25 – 11 am to 1 pm\nNovember 14 & 15 – Red Velvet Christimas Market: 10 am to 4 pm\nDecember 13 – 11 am to 1 pm\n\nLinda Standing’s exhibition can also be visited by appointment.
