In celebration of this season’s rich bounty, we invite you to join us for an exciting culinary experience, our next event in the highly popular Chef’s Creations series at the Hudson Creative Hub.  Each of the featured dishes will be a reflection of Autumn’s warm, depth and subtle sophistication.  This will be a feast for the senses, and a reminder of the beauty of Fall.

You will enjoy a four-course meal and wine pairing.

We are delighted to once again feature guest chef Binky Holleran, owner of Flora Kitchenette in St. Eugene, Ontario.   Binky creates custom dining experiences with her passion for both locally grown and wild, beautiful botanicals.  Specializing in incorporating edible flowers into food for the past three decades, she brings a fresh approach to terroir dining, curating dishes to ignite your senses and tantalize your tastebuds!
