Danny Smiles is the General Manager of the Willow Inn. Danny designs the menu and offerings, manages the Willow Inn staff and property as well as helps curate memorable wedding and event experiences. Danny debuted his road to culinary stardom as chef de cuisine and co-owner of Le Bremner. He has since orchestrated extraordinary dining experiences with chefs worldwide for many music and arts festivals, including Osheaga.

He was most notably runner-up on season three of Top Chef Canada and co-starred in the Food Network’s Chuck and Danny’s Road Trip. His love of food and easy-going manner has gained him numerous appearances on such TV shows as Breakfast Television Montreal, Salut Bonjour, Global News Morning as well as Canada, Danny will be coming accompanied by PSCA grad Chef Sara Raspa.
