CHEF’S CREATIONS

Date:          Monday, September 23rd  2024

Time:         11:30 am – 2 pm

Place:        273 Main Road, Hudson, Quebec

You are invited to join us for September’s event in the highly popular Chef’s Creations series at the Hudson Creative Hub.

We are delighted to feature talented guest Chef Natasha Chugh.

Natasha is a wife and mother to an amazing 10-year-old boy!

Her culinary journey started later than most, as she decided to go back to school in her mid-20s and hasn’t looked back since. Her career started at The Royal Montreal Golf Course where she progressed from a quiet banquet prep girl to Sous-Chef in charge of running the restaurant and embracing every moment (well, almost every moment!) of the climb.

Natasha then furthered her skills working in Montreal, Laval (Chef at Locanda), and the West Island (Chef at Origine Brass), immersing herself in each role and learning as much as she could while guiding the next generation of culinary talent, just as she was once guided.

Now, with a wealth of experience and knowledge, she is thrilled to be working toward opening her own restaurant, Mati. She looks forward to sharing a glass with you around one of her own tables, celebrating the fusion of Quebec’s local, seasonal ingredients with diverse cultural influences that have shaped her culinary vision. Her love of seafood and plant-based dishes will be the focus of her restaurant.

She believes in letting each ingredient’s natural flavors take center stage, which is why she focuses on crafting dishes that highlight the best of each season. Her approach is rooted in sustainability and zero waste, with every part of an ingredient being used thoughtfully to minimize waste and maximize flavor.

Those who know Natasha understand that she prefers to work behind the scenes, where she can focus on perfecting each dish and ensuring that every meal is a moment of connection and joy. For her, food is a beautiful way to bring people together and create memorable experiences where simplicity meets sophistication.   Come and learn from Natasha and treat your taste buds to her wonderful creations!

Tickets for our Chef’s Creations events have sold out very quickly in the past, so we recommend reserving your places as soon as possible.
