In Montréal, Pat Loiselle has been part of the Blues and ‘Roots’ Music scene for more than 25 years. Starting out on guitar and harmonica, he was influenced by the blues greats: B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Sonny Boy Williamson, John Hammond Jr and many others.

Alongside the veteran Mighty House band, this year we introduce the Mumbo Gumbo Horns for the authentic Motown sound. We will have amazing guest singers and a special appearance by the Hudson Community Choir as well. Mighty House Musicians: Sylvain Chamberland – percussion, Sandra Giguère – vocals/keys, John Murray – guitar/vocals, Donna Stewart – vocals/keys, Tim Walsh – bass/vocals. Mumbo Gumbo Musicians: William Grenier-McDermott – Alto sax, Ron Goldenberg – bari sax, Nic Di Lauro – trumpet, Mike Marsan – trumpet, Andrew Skowronski – tenor sax. The celebrated Cuban-Canadian Piano Master Hilario Duran, in a Trio formation, one of his most expressive musical expressions, will honour the music of Oscar Peterson, one of the greatest jazz pianists of all time and one of Canada’s most honoured musicians. Musicians: Roberto Occhipinti, bass, Mark Kelso, drums.
