‘IN CONVERSATION WITH CLINT WARD”

We are delighted to announce that Clint’s guests for November will be Peter McBride and John Lawson.
Peter’s late father, Bob McBride, was a Montreal-born former RCAF pilot. He was a prisoner of war during World War II and a participant in the “Great Escape” from Stalag Luft III.
John Lawson is also a former RCAF pilot holding positions as flight instructor, fighter and test pilot, and senior staff and command positions.
Clint will engage his guests in a discussion about Bob’s remarkable career in aviation, focusing on his extraordinary war experiences. You are warmly invited to hear the captivating story of how brave and resourceful prisoners risked their lives to dig escape tunnels. Throughout the conversation, details and photos of this thrilling adventure will be projected on the Hub screen.
