Join us for another Nantha’s Pop-up Kitchen @hudsoncreativehub
September 22nd: Doors open at 6 PM and food is served at 7 PM.
This Fundraiser will feature produce supplied by The Heartbeat Community farm.
Nantha Kumar celebrated Montreal chef and Plateau legend is now a member of our Hudson community. He has been doing pop-ups since before we had a name for it and has been cooking in Montreal just about as long as anyone can remember. And now, Nantha’s pop-up Kitchen is coming to The Hub. Reserve your seat before it sells out and treat yourself to a memorable South Asian meal shared with the chef himself and friends from around town.
Nantha’s pop-up Kitchen offers a fresh take on the concept of dining out, serving up inexpensive and relatively simple street food. His cuisine is a mix of Malay, Indian, and Nonya (the cooking of Chinese migrants to the Malay Peninsula).
Clients are treated to a six-course meal in an informal, intimate ambiance where Nantha takes breaks from cooking to sit, talk and eat with his guests. You might find yourself staying well after dessert just to hang out!
