Join us on Monday Jan 23^rd at 11:30 for an afternoon of food and fun with Chef/sommelier Reid and Ryan Young of restaurant Wendigo in Hudson. Reid and Ryan are both Hudson residents and are both Graduates of Pearson School of Culinary Arts and before opening Wendigo worked in many Montreal restaurants including Club Chasses et Peche and Garde Manger. Discover their love of market fresh and locally sourced ingredients as well as their passion for their privately imported wine selections. The event will include a four course tasting menu with wine pairings for the food served.
