Creating the pieces of your Own Puzzle, using intuition and Collage.

Shelley Hall has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from McGill University and has worked as an Instructional Designer and Training Specialist. Following 12 years of using this creative process personally she became a Facilitator of SoulCollage®️ in 2017 and a Facilitator of MeCards4Kids®️ in 2019.

During the pandemic, Shelley offered numerous online workshops with both adults and children with multiple themes including the most popular: Path to Personal Power. She has also delivered Mental Health, Goal Setting, Anti-bullying, and Empowerment workshops in schools.

The tools she uses were created by Psychotherapists Seena Frost and Nancy Weiss, and are intended to support you in many different ways including managing relationships, transitions, career challenges/choices, grief, and future goals.

You do not need any artistic skills as we will use scissors and glue to create collaged cards based on images you are drawn to, then create stories using your imagination and intuition.

This process is a wonderful way to access your inner wisdom and uncover magical support on your life journey.
