Chef Luigi Della Cioppa

“Chef Luigi” as he is called by his team, is the Executive Chef at Chateau Vaudreuil. He has been in the culinary world all his life and with Chateau Vaudreuil for 30 years. His strengths are leadership, menu development, kitchen operations, quality, and cost control.

In his current role, Luigi oversees a staff of over 30 employees during the peak season, managing operations in both the Restaurant Villa Elina and the Banquet facilities with over 60 weddings and events.

His strong culinary skills and creativity to develop new dishes and concepts, as well as to adapt existing recipes to meet dietary restrictions or seasonal availability of ingredients makes him a valued member of the team. Throughout his career, Luigi has demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and maintaining high standards of quality. His long tenure at Chateau Vaudreuil speaks volumes about his dedication and loyalty to the organization, making him an invaluable member of the organization.

 


Anthony Mason

Anthony is a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager with an impressive track record spanning over twenty-five years in the hotel and golf industry. With excellent communication skills and a knack for developing strong customer relationships, he has been an asset to Chateau Vaudreuil for two decades, serving in various capacities and most recently as the Food and Beverage Manager.

In his current role, Anthony oversees a large staff of over 80 employees during the peak season, managing operations in both the Restaurant Villa Elina and the Banquet Department. His extensive experience and competitive nature make him highly focused on achieving excellence in all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Throughout his career, Anthony has demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and maintaining high standards of quality. His long tenure at Chateau Vaudreuil speaks volumes about his dedication and loyalty to the organization, making him an invaluable member of the team.


Chateau Vaudreuil

Le Château Vaudreuil a vu le jour le 14 mars 1989, marquant ainsi la naissance du premier hôtel de luxe de la région. Après 27 ans de service de renommé, de nouveaux propriétaires, M. & Mme Borsellino font l’acquisition de l’hôtel en novembre 2016, lui donnant ainsi une nouvelle vie.

Château Vaudreuil opened its doors on March 14th, 1989, making it the first luxury hotel in the region. After 27 years of impeccable service, the hotel found a new beginning with its new owners Mr. and Mrs. Borsellino giving it a new lease on life.
