Another Chef Creations event on May 15th at 11:30 am, with Chef Tino Morganti of Main Kitchen and now Taverna and Chef Sarah McDonnell head chef of Taverna Raw Bar & Plancha !!! Also joining will be the manager of Taverna Jessica King.

 

What comes next?? M.J. & Tino opened Main Kitchen 10 years ago as a tiny little shop in the back of the Leggs Building, and over the 10 years, they grew the tiny shop into MK Group. Expanding the dining room many times, opening Main Alley as a Covid project, then Taverna, and now growing again with MK Asporto Take Away. 

Tino has been a Chefs for 35 years, a graduate of the Institute de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec, and has the Pedigree of Executive Chef, at the famous Buona Notte, Da Vinci, Prima Donna, and the Luxurious Chateau Vaudreuil. 

Join us for a Food and Wine Tasting created by Chef Sarah McDonnell head Chef of Taverna Raw Bar, and Manager Jessica King, something they offer every Wednesday. Sarah started her career as a student at Pearson School of Culinary Arts and Worked at Carambola, Main Kitchen, Forest & Stream Club, and Monza. She is now the head chef of Taverna Raw Bar where she brings her fresh take on shucked oysters, shellfish, Fresh fish, and more, served raw or off the “Plancha”, there is something for everyone at Taverna, creating a vibe that will keep you coming back.
